We only offer exchnages within the first 14 days of your purchase. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a refund and/or exchange of any kind.

Eligibility for  Exchanges

• Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. We will not accept items with visible use of any kind such as fragrance smell, deodorant stain, makeup stains etc.
• The item must be in the original packaging.
• To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
• Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items cannot be refunded.
  

Exempt Goods

The following are exempt from refunds or exchanges:

• Gift cards
• Accessories (Jewelry, bags, shoes, etc)
• Sale items
• Items marked down more than 15% at the time of purchasing 

How to Initiate a Return

• Please email us at ggalboutique within 14 days or receiving your item so we can begin the exchange process. 
• You are responsible for shipping costs.
• Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange.
• Please email us the items you want to receive in exchange for the returned items so we can initiate a new shipment.
• If the new items/order surpass the initial order amount, your card will automatically be charged with the remaining amount.
