Online Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at G-Gal Boutique!

We only offer returns within the first 14 days of your purchase, if 14 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a refund and/or exchange of any kind.

NO ONLINE EXCHANGES, RETURNS ONLY!

Eligibility for Returns:

• Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. We will not accept items with visible use of any kind such as fragrance smell, deodorant stain, makeup stains etc.
• The item must be in the original packaging.
• To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. (packing slip)
• Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exempt Goods

The following are exempt from refunds or returns:

• Gift cards
• Accessories (Jewelry, bags, shoes, etc)
• Sale items
• Items marked down more than 15% at the time of purchasing 

How to Initiate a Return

• Please email us at ggalboutique within 14 days of your item being a your item so we can begin the return process. 
• You are responsible for shipping costs.
• Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.
• Debit or credit card: Refunds typically take 5–10 business days to appear in the customer's account
• We do not do online exchanges, so you would need to place a new online order if you wish to obtain a new size.
