Refund & Return Policy

At GGAL Boutique, we want you to love your purchase! If you're not completely satisfied, we're happy to accept eligible returns for a refund to your original payment method.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • Returns must be initiated within 7 days of the delivery date.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all original tags attached.
  • Items must be free of any signs of wear, including but not limited to fragrance, perfume, deodorant marks, makeup, stains, pet hair, or damage.
  • All returns are subject to inspection upon arrival. Items that do not meet our return requirements will be returned to the customer at their expense.

Final Sale

The following items are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for returns or refunds:

  • Items discounted 15% or more
  • Sale and clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • Accessories 

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please email ggalboutiquee@gmail.com within 7 days of your package being marked as delivered.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Full name
  • The item(s) you'd like to return
  • Reason for your return

If your return is approved, we'll provide instructions for mailing your item back.

Return Shipping & Restocking Fee

Customers are responsible for:

  • The cost of return shipping.
  • An $8 restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you if your refund has been approved.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be issued to your original payment method, less the $8 restocking fee.
  • Refunds are processed through Shopify Payments. After we issue the refund, it typically takes 5–10 business daysfor your bank or credit card provider to post the funds to your account. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

Returns create additional costs that directly impact our ability to continue offering thoughtfully curated styles and exceptional service. We kindly ask that you review product descriptions, sizing information, and photos before placing your order.
